Browse with Claude is provided as-is, free of charge, by an indie developer who uses it daily. By installing the extension you agree to the following.

What this is

Browse with Claude is a Chrome extension that lets you interact with Claude using your existing claude.ai session. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic. "Claude" is a trademark of Anthropic, used here descriptively to refer to the AI you already use.

Use at your own risk

The extension is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees about uptime, accuracy of Claude's responses, or compatibility with any particular page. If something breaks, please report it. You can't sue us about it.

Anthropic's terms apply to your conversations

Because the extension uses your authenticated claude.ai session, your conversations are subject to Anthropic's Consumer Terms of Service. Don't ask Claude to do things that violate those terms (we'd have nothing to do with it anyway, but worth saying).

Don't abuse it

The extension is built for humans browsing the web one tab at a time. Don't use it to scrape sites at scale, automate fraud, or violate the terms of services you visit. If a site asks you not to use automation tools, respect that.

Open source

The extension's source code is open and auditable. You're welcome to read it, fork it, or contribute. The brand and the trademark "Browse with Claude" are reserved.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top reflects the last change. Continued use means acceptance of the current version.
